Last updated: 22 September 2026. This notice applies to the informational Caelveris website. It must be reviewed and updated before analytics, forms, accounts, patient data or other processing activities are introduced.

Current data collection

This initial static website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, account registration or tracking cookies. Standard infrastructure logs may be processed by the hosting and security provider for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention.

Email communication

If you contact Caelveris by email, the information you provide will be used to respond to your inquiry and maintain necessary business correspondence. Do not send patient-identifiable, genetic, medical or other sensitive data through ordinary email.

Future services

Any future platform that processes genomic or health-related data will require separate contractual, security and privacy documentation, including clearly defined controller/processor roles, retention periods and data-subject rights.
